In English this week we talked about our visit to
Lincoln Cathedral. We sequenced the different activities in the correct order
and then wrote about what happened on the trip.

In Maths this week the Reception children have been practising
their doubling and halving skills, using objects and numbers. The Y1s have been
working on recognising and describing 2D and 3D shape.

On Monday we visited Lincoln Cathedral and had a great
time learning about the building – we couldn’t believe how big it was! We have
also been learning about Christianity and why people pray.
