This week in Wheatgrass Class...

• In literacy this week we have been busy thinking and talking about our visit to the Tropical Butterfly House. We sequenced some images from our trip and then had a go at writing a recount of the main events.  
• In maths this week the Reception children have been working on adding one and two digit numbers in different ways and recording our work in a number sentence. The year one children have been busy reading different times, solving time problems and measuring how long different activities last.
• In our topic work this week we have been busy sorting minibeasts into different groups. We also completed our minibeast paintings and had a fantastic time during our school trip!
