In English this week we talked about our visit to
Conisbrough Castle. We sequenced the events in the correct order and then had a
go at writing about the different activities that we took part in.

In Maths this week the Reception children have been working
on solving word problems involving addition and subtraction. The Y1s have been solving
addition and subtraction problems using a number line.

This week we had a go at drawing a picture of a castle
on the laptops, with some great results! We also designed our own shields as
well as having a great time on our school trip!
