In English this week we have been reading the story of
‘The Polar Express.’ We predicted what might happen in the story and described
how the character was feeling. We then wrote a letter asking to go on the train
ourselves.

In Maths this week the Reception children have been adding
and subtracting groups of objects. The Y1s have been learning about money,
finding different amounts and adding different amounts together.

We have also finished our Diwali lamps and had a go at
learning some songs for our Christmas play.
