In literacy this week we have been
busy writing a diary entry, imagining we were making a journey to the South
Pole. We talked and wrote about what we might be thinking and feeling during
our trip.

In maths this week the reception children have
been gathering information and recording it in a tally
chart.
The year one children have been working on their doubling and
halving skills.

In our topic work this week we have completed
our South-Pole inspired, moving picture artwork! We have also been thinking
about the world and special places we have visited. On Friday we had a great
time at the school disco!
