This week in Wheatgrass Class...

What a brilliant final week of term! We put on three fantastic performances of our Christmas play as well as having lots of fun at our Christmas party and the Golden Treat. We were also visited by a very special guest!

This week in Wheatgrass Class....

This week has been very busy! We have been working hard to write our Christmas cards to our families and have started to make our calendars for next year. We have also spent lots of time practising our Christmas play and hope to see lots of you there!

This week in Wheatgrass Class...

In English this week we have been reading the story 'Never say no to a princess!' We received a letter inviting us to her party and had to reply to her, explaining why we should be allowed to go. We then had a mini-party on Thursday to celebrate! 

In maths this week the reception children have been working on recognising and describing 2D shapes. The year ones have been working on ordering daily events and timing how long different events last. 

We have also been busy practising our Christmas play as well as taking part in a gymnastic competition in PE. 

Diwali

Look at our brilliant Diwa lamps! We made them out of clay before painting them and decorating them with sequins. Great work, everyone!
